I hereby give permission to Catie Bergman Photography to use my photos and likeness in all forms and media for advertising, portfolio, demo, stock photography, editorial, altering without restrictions, and all other lawful purposes. I understand that I am entitled to no compensation. I release the photographer all forms of claims and liability related to my photo usage.

Policies | READ IN FULL *

Thank you for choosing me to capture you! These policies are in place so that there are no surprises. I want your experience to be the best possible. ~Session deposit: A $100 non-refundable deposit to my Venmo @catie-bergman is due within 5 days of booking. I can send an electronic invoice if the client does not have Venmo. The remainder of the session fee is due within 5 days of the session. ~Washington State sales tax will be added to all prices. *Travel fees may apply depending on the type of session & location. ~Cancellations or need to reschedule: Life happens. I know that illness and unexpected events come up. Please give me as much notice as possible if a need to reschedule comes up. I, Catie will exchange the same courtesy should a life event come up. We will work together to find a time to reschedule. ~Online Gallery: Within 4 weeks from your session, a digital gallery will be available to view your images. Your session fee includes a gallery with high resolution and professionally edited images. Images will be included in color and a selection will also be in black and white. Catie will choose the best images for your gallery. Your gallery will be available for viewing and print/product ordering (if desired) for a minimum of 2 weeks. You may share your gallery link with family and friends. ~Your high-resolution digital files can be downloaded from your digital gallery. Please back up your files. ~Final Sales: Due to the custom nature of photography, all sales are final. ~Payment options: I will send an electronic invoice after the session You may pay credit card, Venmo, PayPal, cash, or check.

Waiver of Liability Release *

By agreeing to a photography session with Catie Bergman Photography, I am hereby waiving, releasing, and discharging Catie Bergman and all its affiliates, from any and all liability, including but not limited to, liability arising from the negligence or fault of the entities or persons released, for death, disability, personal injury, property damage, property theft, or actions of any kind which may hereafter occur to me or my family including my traveling to and from this event. CBP is not responsible for any injuries inflicted upon any participating parties. Client(s) will be responsible for their children and for themselves and release the photographer from any claims against their person or their business. CBP is not responsible for uncooperative parties. It is understood that the behavior of children is unpredictable, however, the photographer is not liable if children do not cooperate during sessions. I hereby release Catie Bergman Photography from any liability.
